Why I chose my books
The two books I was reading was "Cirque Du Freak- The Vampires Assistant", the second book in the series (which I finished) and "The Prey". I chose "Cirque Du Freak" because last year we had to do a book report and I couldn't find a book so Mr. Lepauloue suggested "Cirque Du Freak" (the first one). I read that and I liked it so I wanted to read the second one. So, I did. It was really good and I'm glad I read it. I chose "The Prey" because my mom had it and she told me it was a murder mystery and I like those kind of books. I read the cover and there was a line on it that said, "This killer likes it when they run" and that sounded interesting to me. It's a good book so far.

I saw this movie, and it was really good, but i bet the book was even better. The books are usually better then the movie, and the book your reading now about the girl, sounds really freaky and i think i might have nightmares. But it sounds interesting.
ReplyDeleteWait, I'm confused, what movie did you see? "Cirque Du Freak" or "The Prey"? The book about the girl is freaky, but yeah, it is interesting. I've never seen the movie to either, but I bet the book is better, because they always are.

Are you planning on reading other books of this series?
ReplyDeleteTo Kristen: Yes, I am definitely planning on reading the rest of the books, I LOVED the first two and I can't wait to read the third.
ReplyDeleteI think Corinne meant the movie, "The Prey"...I don't think they have made a Cirque de Freak movie ....YET. :)
ReplyDeleteCrissy, I really like how you enplane why you picked it. I could really understand were you were coming from. :)
ReplyDeleteTo Mrs Phillips: hope they make a "Cirque Du Freak" movie though (:

Sweet! Do you like to read a lot?
ReplyDeleteHi Chrissy... it's cool to hear how you have chosen your books! I'm a fan of the Percy Jackson series, but haven't read Cirque Du Freak or The Prey. Which of these books was your favorite to read? What other books have your enjoyed in the past? I'd love to have some recommendations from you!
